The UK is the first country in the world: after 10 years, only electric cars will run here

 

Britain will be the first country in the world where only electric cars will work after 10 years. The sale of gasoline-diesel cars has been banned since 2030. As part of the protection of the environment, the British government announced Wednesday the implementation of a program of "green industrial revolution" in 10 points. With this program of Rs 1.18 lakh crore, two and a half lakh of new jobs will be created, and the country will be free of carbon emissions by 2050.

Road tax of 3.9 lakh crore will not be available

Economists have expressed concern that the road tax of Rs 3.9 lakh crore will not be collected due to the exemption of electric vehicles by the government. It can affect the plan. Indeed, Prime Minister Boris Johnson wants the UK to be the world leader in carbon capture technology and the City of London as a global hub of 'greenery'. 

Approximately Rs 13,000 crore will be spent on this program. At the same time, the government will also provide a large subsidy to purchase ultra-low zero emission vehicles. The UK is also working on zero-emission public transport to prevent pollution. Researchers are responsible for developing planes and ships from hydrogen that does not emit. Recently, scientists have successfully tested this technique.

After the success of his results, Prime Minister Johnson decided in this regard. He says that in order for people to use more bikes, separate cycling and walking lanes will be built across the country. There is a 12 thousand crore provision for this. All UK thermal power plants will be closed by 2025. At present, only a few coal-fired plants are in operation. The government will spend around Rs 5,170 crore to develop large and small scale nuclear power plants and new advanced modular reactors.

Most Indian states give discounts on electric vehicles and taxes in UP

Here, in order to save the environment in India, in many states electric vehicles are granted exemption from registration tax, while the UP government has decided to only give exemption on electric vehicles manufactured in the state.

In UP, there is no construction of quadrupedal vehicles, so the price of electric vehicles has increased by 10%. In contrast, even 10% of the sales target for electric vehicles in the country was not met this year. The target of around 3 lakh has been set, but so far only around 14,000 vehicles have been sold, while the sale of gasoline vehicles continues to increase.
